And we will be very happy if you come to be part of our story.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesYou will be responsible for teaching, preparing content and managing students in school environments following RED HOUSE's pedagogical plan:Support and promote learning experiences aligned with RED HOUSE’s pedagogical approach, considering students’ developmental needs and learning profiles;Demonstrate understanding of the school’s pedagogical proposal, learning expectations, and educational philosophy;Observe and monitor students’ learning progress, collecting evidence to support their development and identify individual needs;Collaborate with the coordination and the educational team to develop strategies that foster student engagement and learning outcomes;Contribute to the planning and implementation of differentiated learning experiences that support diverse learning needs;Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment, actively supervising students during school activities;Observe students’ attitudes, behaviors, and well-being, communicating relevant information to the coordination when necessary;Support communication with families regarding students’ development, under the guidance of the coordination team;Contribute to the planning, organization, and preparation of classroom materials and learning activities;Maintain accurate and organized student documentation and records, according to school policies and regulations;Support the development of student portfolios, assessments, and progress reports, following the school’s guidelines;Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities promoted by the school;Collaborate with colleagues and members of the educational team, sharing relevant information about students when appropriate;Ensure alignment with RED HOUSE policies and guidelines, including the Language Policy, Teachers’ Handbook, and Assessment Policy;Follow institutional deadlines and support the preparation of pedagogical documentation when required;Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative school community environment;Perform other related duties as assigned by the academic coordination.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a subject-related field (such as Languages, Mathematics, Sciences, Arts, Physical Education, or similar).Experience: Minimum of 2 years of classroom experience;Experience as a Primary Years (students aged 6 to 11 years), desirable;Classroom management.Languages: Proficiency in EnglishSpecific Technical Knowledge:BilingualismDesirable Knowledge:IB MethodologyChild DevelopmentSoft Skills and Values:Digital ThinkingCaring ProfileInterpersonal RelationshipsConflict ManagementCreativityInformações adicionais
