Role and Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee overall strategy for Fortune’s Asia Lists and all areas of responsibility
  • Lead, guide and manage the Asia Lists team on list development and publication in line with Fortune’s proprietary methodology
  • Set standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with established policies
  • Work with colleagues in the US and elsewhere to contribute to the creation and publication of Fortune’s global lists, where applicable
  • Lead and oversee high-priority and special projects and liaise with internal and external stakeholders including C-suite executives
  • Help to activate any applicable sponsorships and develop new business leads and potential collaborations arising from the amplification of our Asia Lists
  • Identify and analyse potential market segments and clients to support the Singapore and regional teams in achieving their annual revenue targets
  • Support the Asia Events team where needed including moderating panels and/or other special events
  • Maintain high service standards and foster a focused, high performing team culture to ensure the smooth coordination of the team’s deliverables

Requirements

  • Experience in media, communications and/or business development
  • Deep understanding of Asia’s business landscape and its diverse markets
  • Effective time management and proven track record in meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, as well as ability to use research tools such as LSEG Refinitiv and/or Bloomberg Professional
  • Minimum ten years of experience including in a supervisory role
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Asia regional languages (e.g. Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, and Malay) will be advantageous

· Based in Singapore with ad-hoc travel when required
