Roles & Responsibilities

The role of Operations Director is to develop, manage and grow M & E related Partners across China, Singapore,Malaysia and Indonesia. Ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and financial sustainability whilepromoting high-quality project and organizational growth.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Assist the company in its localization development in Singapore. This includes company operation projectssuch as personnel recruitment, equipment procurement, cost control, financial management, safetymanagement, and project management. And ensure the healthy and sustainable operation of the company.2. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness3. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and address performance gaps4. The first person responsible for the company's safety management. Be responsible for the health, safety andenvironmental management of the company and all projects. Ensure that the company complies with therequirements of both Singapore and the parent company. Reduce the probability and severity of accidents

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, management, safety engineering, or a related field.

2. A minimum of five years of experience in a managerial role within a multinational corporation, with provenexperience as a project manager or other on-site construction project management responsibilities

3. Strong sense of responsibility and patience, with the ability to work diligently under challenging conditions.Willingness to work at project offices and undertake international assignments without additional allowances isrequired.

4. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is mandatory.
