Description of Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily management of labour and resources to upkeep and maintenance of dormitory
• Assist and coordinate in the repair and fixing of broken or worn-down items in the dormitory
• Provide customer service and support to tenants
• Maintain harmony within dormitory and ensure rules and regulations have adhered to the legislation
• Assist and support any other ad-hoc duties
