The Offline Team, part of the Domestic Sales Division, oversees the majority of domestic offline channels while also managing sales across key duty-free channels, including downtown and airport stores. Through these efforts, the team drives brand awareness and product growth. The team's primary revenue is generated across a diverse range of offline channels, including PX, Costco, Daiso, and duty-free stores. At the forefront of both domestic and global customer touchpoints, the team analyzes market trends and competitive dynamics to maximize sales opportunities in a rapidly evolving market environment.
Responsibilities
• Manage sales activities across duty-free and various offline channels
• Conduct MD communications
• Develop, plan, and operate product and promotion strategies based on global market trends
• Analyze customer data, set and manage sales targets, and track performance
Requirements
• University graduate
• Over 2 years of experience in duty-free business or cosmetic business
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to cross-functional projects
• Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret market data and drive decision-making
• A consumer-centric mindset and the ability to understand diverse market dynamics
