Drafter (M&E)
Job Summary
Use AutoCAD to prepare and update mechanical and electrical (M&E) drawings that comply with international standards and customer specifications. Manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines while maintaining documentation and supporting business operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and coordinate M&E drawings using AutoCAD in 2D and 3D to meet project requirements
- Ensure all drawings comply with international standards and customer specifications for quality and accuracy
- Manage multiple high-priority drafting projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Update drawings and related documentation based on customer feedback to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Maintain proper documentation for all drawings and project records to support traceability and audits
- Provide operational support to company business functions as needed to facilitate smooth workflows
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and project success
- Adapt and perform efficiently in a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Design or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience drafting M&E systems and services
- Proficient in AutoCAD for M&E drawings in both 2D and 3D
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations relevant to M&E design

- Strong technical drawing skills with attention to detail
