System Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execution of AutoCAD drafting design, for project submissions to building contractors, architects, consultants and/ or clients.
• Execution of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage in Building Information Modelling (BIM) with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, and Structural disciplines shall be a plus point to compliment the above.
• Estimate, develop and manage construction schedule, methods of statements, and project work plan.
• To implement project engineering services with vendors, suppliers, and product manufacturers, and undertake all relevant assignments responsibly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum NiTEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, site coordination with builders, and other trade contractors, and has attained relevant construction safety certifications.
• Relevant experience in engineering system design support to fit out Studio or Theatrical services as well as in construction environment preferred.
• Prior working experience on site/ project environment preferred.
• Possess good communication skills and interpersonal relationships with positive learning aptitude.
• Responsible, independent and a team player with good initiative.
• 5 days work week.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be advantageous
