E-commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. E-Commerce Platform Management

• Manage the daily operations and maintenance of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Redmart, Fariprice online and other online marketplaces.
• Handle product listings, delistings, pricing updates, inventory management, and product content optimization.
• Ensure all product information, descriptions, images, specifications, and promotional details are accurate and up to date.

2. Order Processing & Customer Service

• Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to arrange shipments and track delivery status.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales service issues professionally.
• Communicate with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and marketplace chat platforms.

3. Inventory & Logistics Coordination

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and exception orders efficiently.

4. Sales & Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, online sales events, and marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to prepare product images, promotional materials, and campaign content.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track and analyse sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behaviour.
• Prepare regular operational and sales reports for management review.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
