E-commerce Operations Assistant (Shopee/Lazada)

• Position: E-commerce Operations Assistant (Shopee/Lazada)
• Location: Outram (Near Havelock MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday-Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3600 + Variable Bonus + Health Insurance
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Photo or video equipment

Main Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate product listings on company website and online marketplace platforms
• Support and execute promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms
• Monitor and update inventory levels and pricing accuracy
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Handle return, refund, and exchange processes
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma in any field
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail industry will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar tools
