E-Commerce Specialist (Marketplace)
This role will focus on building and managing the TikTok Shop and live selling capabilities, working across content, commerce, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage TikTok live sessions (calendar, flow, product focus)
- Liaise with hosts, creators, and live sellers
- Oversee TikTok Shop setup and product optimisation
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure fulfilment runs smoothly and resolve any issues
- Track performance and refine live/content approach
- Stay updated on TikTok features and advise on best practices
- Coordinate with marketing on pre- and post-live content
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business & Administration, Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in E-commerce, digital marketing, social commerce, marketplace management, or live commerce.
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop operations and/or livestream commerce programs.
- Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or business intelligence platforms.
- Passion for fashion, proactive, and a team player.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms such as: TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, WooCommerce and etc
