Shift Schedule
- Day – Day – Night – Night – Off – Off – Sunday Off
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM
- 30-minute Lunch Break
- 30-minute Dinner Break
- Two additional 15-minute rest breaks

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor production quality, output, and efficiency.
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide production updates.
- Support assembly and manufacturing activities when required.
- Identify, investigate, and escalate production, equipment, or quality issues.
- Train and guide team members on work processes and operational best practices.
- Support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with manpower planning, attendance monitoring, and workforce development.
- Promote workplace safety and maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards.
- Work closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader or supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, server manufacturing, computer hardware, data centre equipment, or a related high-tech production environment.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting the assembly, testing, or production of electronic products, PCBs, servers, networking equipment, or data centre hardware.
- Knowledge of production monitoring, quality control, and ISO processes.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift or move up to 20kg is an advantage.
- Must be comfortable working rotating shifts.
