As an EMS Associate, you will play a pivotal role within our Risk and Compliance team, focusing on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients. You will provide advice and solutions to help organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organization's operations and objectives, developing business strategies to manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing risk management strategies to support client objectives
- Analyzing data to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Collaborating with team members to enhance internal controls and compliance measures
- Applying regulatory guidelines to assess and manage operational risks
- Utilizing risk management frameworks to support enterprise risk management initiatives
- Conducting risk analysis to inform decision-making processes
- Supporting the development of policies and procedures to address governance and compliance needs
- Engaging in active listening and communication to gather insights and feedback
- Participating in the preparation of risk reports and documentation
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of risk management practices within the organization

What You Must Have

- At least a graduate/ post graduate or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
