As an AR Calling - RCMS - Senior Associate, you will engage directly with clients to deliver exceptional operations and solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve managing client interactions, analyzing complex problems, and developing deliverables that align with client service engagements. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complex situations. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and technical development.

Responsibilities


- Analyzing operational processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency
- Implementing automation solutions to streamline revenue cycle management services
- Utilizing analytical thinking to support operational analysis and process optimization
- Developing and executing process mapping and improvement strategies to enhance service operations
- Collaborating with teams to drive business process improvement and operational excellence
- Applying lean process improvement techniques to optimize operations strategy and support
- Managing demand and operational support to achieve cost efficiency and competitive advantage
- Embracing emerging technologies to enhance technology implementation and solution development
- Supporting project management initiatives to deliver operational support and analysis
- Collecting and analyzing process data to inform operational decisions and improvements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in AR Calling, Denial Management, Hospital / Physician billing, Team Management.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
