EN - Sales Executive

The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing business opportunities, generating qualified leads, converting business across assigned segments, and maximizing total revenue contribution to the hotel. The role requires a proactive sales approach, strong market knowledge, and the ability to represent Sofitel Istanbul Taksim with professionalism and energy.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in MICE or group segments
  • Strong knowledge of the Istanbul market and key feeder markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)

Performance & Incentive Structure

  • Quarterly incentive payout
  • Target incentive opportunity up to 30% of base salary

    • 70% Individual Revenue Performance
    • 30% Total Hotel Revenue Performance
  • Accelerator structure to reward over-achievement beyond target
