EN - Sales Executive
The Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing business opportunities, generating qualified leads, converting business across assigned segments, and maximizing total revenue contribution to the hotel. The role requires a proactive sales approach, strong market knowledge, and the ability to represent Sofitel Istanbul Taksim with professionalism and energy.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in MICE or group segments
- Strong knowledge of the Istanbul market and key feeder markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Performance & Incentive Structure

- Quarterly incentive payout
- Target incentive opportunity up to 30% of base salary

- 70% Individual Revenue Performance
- 30% Total Hotel Revenue Performance
- Accelerator structure to reward over-achievement beyond target
