Job Summary

You will manage and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements while producing accurate technical drawings and calculations to support the engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications to maintain project integrity
  • Engage with clients to interpret and clarify their needs and technical requirements for project alignment
  • Create technical drawings by following specifications and performing necessary calculations for materials and weight limits
  • Develop rough sketches and detailed designs using CADD systems to support engineering documentation
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare, review, and draft project-related documents and drawings
  • Identify potential design issues and communicate them proactively to the engineering team for resolution
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by immediate managers or superiors to support company operations and business goals.


Qualifications & Requirements:

· Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Degree Preferred)

· Preferably 2years of experience in oil & gas industry / preferable in fabrication environment

· Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 QA system

· Software–AutoCAD, MS Office

· Drafting skill

· Willing to go extra mile to meet customers’ requirements

· Strong communication skills. English speaking and writing are a must. Chinese speaking preferred to communicate with Chinese vendors / suppliers.

· Resourceful, independent and detail oriented.
