Engineering Manager, Blockchain Integrations

You will lead and grow a geographically distributed engineering team, hiring and mentoring engineers while owning their professional development. You will define and execute the team's roadmap, prioritize technical work, and collaborate with Product Managers to align investments with business needs. You will ensure high code quality, robust test infrastructure, and reliable service operation by guiding architecture and implementation decisions. You will coach engineers through design and delivery, provide actionable feedback, and participate in recruiting and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize code quality and test infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience managing and mentoring geographically distributed engineering teams
• Experience building complex distributed systems
• Proficiency with Go preferred and willingness to learn other languages
• Strong computer science fundamentals including concurrency, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience building and supporting services long term
• Emphasis on code quality and test infrastructure
• Experience working with product management on roadmap and prioritization
• Familiarity with applied cryptography (preferred)
• Experience or familiarity with Rust, TypeScript, or Solidity (preferred)
• Familiarity with optimistic rollups and zero-knowledge technology (preferred)
• Background in finance (beneficial)
