Engineering Manager, Blockchain Integrations

You will lead and grow a team of engineers building and supporting blockchain integrations and distributed systems. You will hire, mentor, and coach engineers, define and drive the team's roadmap and technology strategy, and collaborate with Product Managers to balance product investment and delivery. You will ensure high quality execution, timely delivery, scalable solutions, and strong test and code quality practices. You will troubleshoot complex ambiguous technical challenges, prioritize team health and professional development, and have material influence on hiring and growth planning.

Requirements

• Experience managing and mentoring geographically distributed engineering teams
• Experience building complex distributed systems
• Proficiency in Go or willingness to learn Go
• Strong computer science fundamentals (concurrency, algorithms, data structures)
• Experience with code quality and test infrastructure
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers
• Applied cryptography (preferred)
• Experience with Rust, TypeScript, or Solidity (preferred)
• Familiarity with optimistic rollups and zero-knowledge techniques (preferred)
• Background in finance (preferred)
