Engineering Program Management Undergrad Internships
Some responsibilities may include:
• Defining project plans and schedules and driving project execution
• Leading internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities
• Ensuring tight team coordination and communication
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical issues
• Identify and resolving conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently
• Lead development budgets and engineering builds
Minimum Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
At the end of the internship, you must return to school to continue your education or the internship must be the last requirement for you to graduate.
Preferred Qualifications
Self-motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Experience handling complex, cross functional projects
Comprehends and deals well with rapid changes; remain flexible and calm in times of uncertainty
Understand new technology as it comes together and help track and facilitate any multi-functional tasks that are needed
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills
Prior internship(s), group or personal project exposure, teaching assistance or work experience
