Engineering Program Management Masters Internships
Some responsibilities may include:
• Defining project plans and schedules and driving project execution
• Leading internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities
• Ensuring tight team coordination and communication
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical issues
• Identify and resolving conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently
• Lead alignment, development budgets, and engineering builds across multiple teams
• Working with cross functional teams to create a roadmap
Minimum Qualifications
Pursuing a master's, MBA, or PhD degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
At the end of the internship, you must return to school to continue your education or the internship must be the last requirement for you to graduate.

Self-motivated, self-driven, and dedicated, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Experience handling complex, cross functional projects
Comprehends and deals well with rapid changes; remain flexible and calm in times of uncertainty
Understand new technology as it comes together and help track and facilitate any multi-functional tasks that are needed
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills
Prior internship(s) or full time experience, group or personal project exposure, teaching assistance, or work experience
