Engineering Program Manager, Manager - Data Center Operations

In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to define problems and drive solutions that improve data center operations at scale. You will lead multiple concurrent programs, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Success requires sound business judgment, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to influence across all levels - from engineers and technicians to senior leadership. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; OR, equivalent job-related experience. 6+ years pf Program Management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale data center or infrastructure programs Leadership or supervisory experience, with demonstrated ability to build, and develop teams Preferred Qualifications Deep knowledge of data center operations, including infrastructure lifecycle, capacity planning, and construction or commissioning processes Proficiency in program management tools, methodologies, and techniques, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and metrics tracking Significant experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations across hardware, software, and operations teams within large-scale technology companies Prior experience partnering with Finance, Real Estate, or Supply Chain on capital programs, budget planning, and resource forecasting Expert level ability to communicate directly and clearly, with an emphasis on clarity, precision, and active listening Proven ability to lead a team, and define and drive success measures across both individual programs and a broader portfolio
