Engineering Program Specialist

As an Engineering Program Specialist (EPS), your goals are to support Material Clear-to-Build, resolve supply chain logistic, and provide logistic solutions to the project team. - Track point-to-point delivery of engineering bill of materials (BOM) - Identify and resolve supply issues, including customs delays, logistics constraints, and material shortages - Oversee and ensure production material readiness for Clear-to-Build (CTB) - Drive daily supply readiness to support program milestones - Establish and optimize logistics processes across global supply chains - Communicate logistics status and risks across cross-functional and global teams Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or Supply Chain management field or equivalent Proficiency in both oral and written communication in English and Mandarin Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience in Supply Chain management within an electronics manufacturing environment, with a focus on material management and logistics. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent work ethic and a high degree of flexibility
