Engineering Project Manager
This is a hands-on position where the Project Manager will be involved in building strong relationships with stakeholders, requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, and tracking project deadlines. This requires creativity, and a high propensity to detail to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Apple enterprise wide applications.
The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, and be a proactive solution-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills. Finally, curiosity, outstanding project management best practices, seeing the bigger picture along with attention to detail, and a proven track record of influencing and collaborating across the organization are key qualities required to excel in this role.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in engineering project management.
5+ years experience with software development lifecycles, 2 years delivering Agile projects.
Experience in an enterprise technology environment with multiple dependent platforms and shared services.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate the business and technical implications of decisions made by the project team.

Exceptional Communication: Highly effective at translating complex technical and business implications for diverse audiences, peers, and IT management.

Driven Project Execution: Strong organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to take ownership of initiatives, prioritize multiple tasks, and drive projects to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Teamwork: Experience working with geographically distributed teams and navigating the coordination overhead of cross-timezone delivery. Ability to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management.
Technical Differentiators: . Familiarity with quality engineering (QA pipelines, CI/CD) and exposure to AI/ML project delivery or automation strategies are strong pluses.
Proven ability to work with diverse audiences through clear and compelling written and verbal communication.
