Manager of Engineering Project Managers, Power

As the Manager of this team, you will hire, lead, coach, inspire and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers that are tasked with identifying and driving complex projects with our UI / System Experience teams responsible for delivering exciting features while continuing to meet our ambitious power and ADBL goals. You will need to collaborate with other program management teams across SWE, Product Design, HI, Platform Architecture to support and improve how we deliver projects in Apple at scale. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience 2+ years of managing project managers, as well as experience in managing people managers Driving large cross-functional efforts across major technical subject areas (SW, HW, Silicon, and QA). Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members. Solid analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as an ability to influence and impact key decision Experience with leading and enhancing existing processes and engineering new processes at scale. Preferred Qualifications BS or MS in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Experience in working across platforms, particularly in the areas of power, thermals, battery life, performance, and charging is desirable
