ESaaS - SFDC - AgentForce Developers

We are looking for 2 Agentforce Developers to configure and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions for a global US client. You will work on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud use cases including automated case routing, conversation intelligence, seller prompts, and partner success agents.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Service Cloud Agentforce
    • Configure email-to-case and web-to-case enhancements.
    • Enable auto-population of fields, case prioritization, and automated routing.
  2. Conversation Insights
    • Integrate call recording tools with Salesforce.
    • Surface objections, pricing discussions, competitor mentions, and next steps linked to Opportunities and Accounts.
  3. Agentforce Prompts
    • Build prompts to guide sellers on Account Plan updates and next steps.
    • Create prompts to evaluate Sales Agreement compliance (forecast vs. actuals).
  4. Partner Success Agent
    • Develop a Partner Agent with analytics and direct portal access (SFDC + Seismic).
  5. Demo & Documentation
    • Prepare and showcase relevant demos (Knowledge Agent, Guided Selling, OOO agents).

Document configurations and provide knowledge transfer.
