As an Ethics & Compliance - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Risk and Compliance initiatives, focusing on Independence, Ethics, and Business Conduct. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage your skills and strategic vision to drive operational excellence and deliver impactful results. This role involves leading large projects, innovating processes, and maintaining operational excellence while interacting with key stakeholders to drive project success.

As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, utilizing your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver quality results and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies. You will be responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Implementing compliance programs to align with corporate standards and ethical guidelines
- Conducting compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern and mitigate risks
- Developing policies and guidelines to support ethical business conduct and legal compliance
- Leading ethics training sessions to promote awareness and understanding of ethical practices
- Overseeing investigative decision-making processes to address compliance issues effectively
- Collaborating with teams to enhance operational risk management strategies
- Designing and executing compliance training programs to educate staff on regulatory requirements
- Managing the development of risk management programs to safeguard organizational integrity
- Validating policy and procedure adherence to maintain compliance with legal standards

What You Must Have

- Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or equivalent). LL.B., CCEP-I is desirable.
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
