As an International Accounting Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Finance Operations team, focusing on managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations. You will handle tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management, providing strategic guidance to optimize financial performance and support informed business decisions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will be part of a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and innovation.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

- Managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations
- Conducting financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Generating and interpreting financial reports to provide insights and recommendations
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform business strategies
- Handling balance sheet and cash flow analysis to optimize financial performance
- Developing and maintaining internal controls to uphold professional and technical standards
- Utilizing accounting policies and practices to guide financial operations
- Engaging in profit and loss analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Leading financial data mining efforts to enhance reporting accuracy
- Supporting financial close processes to validate timely and accurate reporting
- Collaborating with teams to manage escalation and resolve financial issues
- Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others
- Navigating complex situations and growing personal brand and technical skills

What You Must Have

- At least a graduate / post graduate or the equivalent degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
