As an Executive Support Associate, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to senior executives, enabling smooth operations within the organization. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information, confirming seamless communication and operations. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, learning how to build meaningful connections and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

- Providing administrative support to senior executives, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings

- Managing records and maintaining organized documentation for easy retrieval

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 1 year of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
