Executive Assistant to CIO

What You Can Expect:

Administrative & IT Support

  • Manage the CIO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Organize and maintain digital records, reports, and IT-related documentation.
  • Provide support in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread technical documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive IT and business-related communications.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage IT-related reports, project updates, and strategic presentations.
  • Record and track meeting minutes, ensuring follow-ups on action items.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and IT governance records.

Project & Time Management

  • Support IT project coordination by tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage competing priorities efficiently while ensuring attention to detail.
  • Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency within the IT function.

Remote & Digital Workspace Support

  • Facilitate seamless virtual collaboration using IT tools and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues and liaise with IT support teams when needed.
  • Ensure CIO’s remote work setup is optimized for productivity.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in a tech-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with IT collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
  • Understanding of IT project management concepts is a plus.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work across different time zones and manage international coordination.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive IT information.
