Job Summary

Lead structural engineering projects by performing analysis and design, supervising teams, and liaising with stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-quality consultancy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design and prepare calculation reports for authority submissions to ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise and verify design calculations and drawings prepared by design engineers and draftsmen to maintain quality standards
• Lead project teams to deliver engineering solutions on time and within scope
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical issues and facilitate project progress
• Attend meetings with clients, architects, and contractors and conduct site inspections to monitor project execution and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a related consultancy firm
• Proficient in structural analysis software such as S Frame, Plaxis, Tedds, and BIM software like Revit Structure
• Familiarity with Eurocode standards and authority submission requirements
• Self-motivated with a positive work attitude
