Job Summary

Perform construction site administrative tasks to support the team, manage document storage and labeling, and assist the Project Manager with assigned duties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks to organize and maintain team operations efficiently
  • Support the team by preparing and managing documents and communications
  • Administer document storage and labeling to ensure accurate logistics and easy retrieval
  • Assist the Project Manager by completing assigned duties promptly and accurately

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess GCE 'O' Level or Diploma qualification
  • Have at least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
