Executive Chef
Job Summary
We seek a Head Chef with 10–15 years of kitchen experience to lead food preparation, innovate menus, manage purchasing, and train staff, ensuring all culinary processes meet established standards and delight customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food for all customers following established procedures and service standards
- Develop new dishes and design menus tailored for special VIP customers
- Lead the kitchen team to drive product innovation, plan new offerings, and design menus
- Manage food purchasing and storage to maintain quality and inventory control
- Oversee the entire food production process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with procedures
- Verify that final dishes and cooking processes conform to quality and safety standards
- Purchase fresh seafood daily to support weekly special dishes
- Prepare food quantities accurately according to the daily food chart
- Assist in training new kitchen staff to uphold operational standards
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by senior staff
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive working attitude
