Executive Sourcer
You will identify, engage, and build relationships with senior-level and executive talent across business functions. You will partner with executive recruiters and leadership to define talent profiles, conduct market research, and develop targeted sourcing strategies. You will maintain organized candidate workflows, use sourcing and ATS tools, analyze outreach effectiveness, and refine pipelines for leadership hiring.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive-level candidate pipelines through market mapping, research, and targeted outreach
- Identify and engage passive executive talent using sourcing strategies, competitive intelligence, and relationship-building
- Partner with executive recruiters and hiring leaders to align on leadership profiles, succession priorities, and long-term pipeline planning
- Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and executive research platforms
- Analyze sourcing data, outreach effectiveness, and talent market trends to refine engagement strategies and improve pipeline quality
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in executive search, advising clients on talent and hiring, and managing the search process
- Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates from top industry players through research, outreach, and sourcing tools
- Ability to partner with recruiters and senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into targeted sourcing and research strategies
- Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and applicant tracking systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple executive searches and maintain accurate pipeline tracking
- Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency
