Senior Product Manager, Government Products

In this role you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Government Products portfolio. You will guide a dedicated team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to build and launch large-scale new zero-to-one products. You will pair a deep understanding of customer needs with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external government partners to take initiatives from concept to national launch. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of public private financial products. This role is based in the New York, NY office, with in person attendance expected at least 3 days per week and regular travel to Washington DC. The office experience is designed to fully support high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy by establishing and executing a clear vision and strategy for Government Products
• Build and launch 0-1 products by guiding a cross functional team to take large scale consumer financial products from concept to national launch
• Drive internal and external collaboration with internal partners across legal compliance policy operations finance and communications as well as external partners to ensure products are built with high quality and integrity
• Foster a culture of execution by navigating ambiguity and delivering delightful consumer experiences on time with a high quality bar
• Iterate through data by fostering a culture of learning through rapid experimentation customer research and data analysis

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping high quality consumer fintech product experiences
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into a clear strategy roadmaps and execution plans
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a track record of guiding cooperative teams and building alignment
• Experience working with third party partners on large scale projects and collaborating with legal compliance operations policy or regulated product partners
• Experience using research experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making and build products that expand financial access at national scale
