Job Summary
Lead the sales and business development efforts to drive revenue growth and market expansion for Annabella Patisserie’s F&B products. Develop strategic plans, manage key accounts, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals by setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and delivering training and development programs
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales efforts, optimizing pricing, product mix, and customer segmentation to maximize profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders while managing high-value accounts and negotiating contracts
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the executive team, adjusting sales tactics based on performance data and insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales campaigns, product offerings, and customer service initiatives
- Ensure all sales practices comply with legal regulations and uphold the company’s code of ethics
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience in high-performance B2B or B2C sales environments
- Strong leadership and people management skills demonstrated through team motivation and development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills applied to sales and account management
