Job Title: Facilities Operations Coordinator
Location: San Diego, CA
Contract length: 12 months
Schedule: Fulltime, M-F
Pay: $30/hr to $32/hr, DOE
Job Overview:
The primary role of the Facilities Management function is to efficiently manage the operation of facilities to minimize operational and life cycle costs. Key deliverables include providing safe, effective, efficient, and responsive services to all areas of the business, covering facility, production, and IT services. Providing asset and maintenance management of electronic and software-based technological systems required to manage and monitor buildings, plants, and equipment or provide services to staff, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
- Core Facilities Duties
- General facilities maintenance
- Meeting room setup and breakdown
- Office item delivery
- Basic cleaning tasks
- Event support
- Shipping & Receiving Support
- Provide backup coverage when primary team member is out
- Assist during high-volume periods
- Event & Emergency Support
- Support onsite events (evenings as needed)
- Assist with urgent facility issues (e.g., leaks)
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of related experience
- Has broad knowledge of routines and procedures to handle day-to-day situations
- Will generally only require instructions on new assignments
- Has completed vocational training or obtained equivalent experience
- Interacts internally to exchange information
- Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
