Facilities Technician ( Hospital , Novena ) UP 3K #HYT

Location: Novena
Salary: $2,000 - $3,000/month
Contract: 3 Months to 3 Years
Bonus: Completion bonus payable after each completed year

Working Hours:

• 1st month: Office Hours (5.5 days)
• Thereafter, rotating shifts (Monday - Sunday):7:00am – 3:00pm2:30pm – 11:00pm10:30pm – 7:00am

Job Scope:

• Perform preventive maintenance on building facilities and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and air-conditioning systems
• Support maintenance of plumbing, mechanical, and medical gas systems
• Assist with other maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant technical experience in facilities maintenance preferred
• Comfortable with rotating shifts
