FC - RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST / WFH FREELANCER - UP TO $4200
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to understand candidates needs, role requirements and team dynamics
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job portal and social media.
- Review resumes, screen and engage with potential candidates, ensure a good match of qualify candidates to match the positions needed
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : posting jobs, facilitating hiring manager interviews, coordinating and onboarding
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring practices and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and talent outreach strategies.
- Provide regular, timely reports on sourcing activity and results, ensuring alignment with hiring targets.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
