Field Sales Account Manager (Instrumentation)

While your office base will be in Klaipėda, you will actively engage with customers across the Baltic region, supporting strategic accounts and expanding Emerson’s presence in the market.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and sustainable growth
- Create and execute strategic account plans to identify new opportunities, expand product adoption, and increase market share
- Map and engage key stakeholders within customer organizations, understanding their roles and decision-making processes
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand customer challenges and align solutions that create measurable value
- Present and differentiate Emerson’s solutions, clearly communicating benefits and outcomes tailored to customer needs
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across assigned accounts, from initial lead to final agreement
- Collaborate with internal teams, including business development and technical specialists, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Balance pricing, value creation, and volume strategies to meet both customer and business goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to proactively identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM systems

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Engineering background or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with customers in industrial sectors such as chemical, energy, refining, oil and gas, or related industries
- Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the Baltic region to meet customers
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand technical needs and translate them into effective solutions
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of additional Baltic languages
- Experience working in a matrix or global organization
- Familiarity with instrumentation or industrial automation products
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer data
- Understanding of customer applications and processes within relevant industries
