Field Service Engineer / Central / Medical Device / Up to SGD 3,200!

We are seeking a technical, customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and are looking for a role that combines technical mastery with client engagement, we want to hear from you.

Your Role:

  • Technical Excellence: Manage installations, testing, commissioning, and repairs of specialized medical equipment.

  • Client Advisory: Serve as the go-to technical expert for local customers; provide training on equipment use and maintenance.

  • Proactive Support: Conduct preventive maintenance and provide data-driven advice on equipment health and upgrade schedules.

  • Growth & Collaboration: Partner with our sales and product teams to support project success and service growth.

Who You Are:

  • Qualified: Diploma or higher in Engineering. (Fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset are highly welcome).

  • Tech-Savvy: Strong analytical skills with basic IT knowledge (Networking, Windows Server, Active Directory).

  • Adaptable: A self-starter who excels at multitasking and works efficiently under pressure.

  • Service-Focused: You prioritize customer satisfaction and communicate technical info clearly.

  • Flexible: Willing to perform occasional standby duties (after-hours/weekends) as needed.
