Field Service Engineer (Valves)
Responsibilities:
- Support valve-related site surveys, installations, and implementation activities while ensuring smooth execution at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve valve and control instrumentation issues, providing timely technical troubleshooting and maintenance support.
- Coordinate with customer service and internal teams to plan, schedule, and execute field service and repair activities effectively.
- Carry out valve servicing and repair work both on-site and in-house, while preparing root cause analysis reports with cross-functional team
- Drive customer engagement by identifying sales opportunities, promoting maintenance contracts and solutions, while maintaining strict compliance with workplace safety and EHS standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
