Field Service Techician/Engineer

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, commissioning of dental equipment on site

• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance

• Provide in-service training to end user

• Perform In-house repair

• Update job status via regular report to Service Manager

• Support ad-hoc shift work & delivery task when required

• Ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Nitec / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Proficient in MS office

• Possess Class 3 driving license

• A team player with good customer service skills

• Candidates are required to handle heavy equipment

• Good working attitude

• Training will be provided

• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5:30pm
