Finance and Admin Manager

Finance Management & Reporting

· Review financial accounts to ensure the integrity of the financial records

· Prepare monthly management reports

· Monitor and supervise outsourced accounting service provider to ensure accurate financial records/entries

· Ensure proper financial systems and internal controls and ensure compliance with policies, processes and procedures established

· Monitor, and as appropriate, undertake proper assessment and accountability of the financial impact of contingent liability, if any

· Oversee donations tax-deductible receipts and sponsorships accounting and acknowledgement processes

Grant Accounting & Reporting

· Establish proper tracking of grant fundings received and expended

· Prepare all grant related documents for grant application and submission/reporting

· Manage cost allocation and restricted funds for accountability to funders

Budgeting

· Peparation of annual budgets for approval by the Board

· Manage cash flow and oversee all income, and expenditures are within approved budget

Audit

· Ensure annual management accounts are closed and submitted in accurate and timely manner

· Laise with auditors to manage audit timeline, and follow up with all outstanding matters raised during audit fieldwork

· Preparation of reports for Audit Committee

Admin

· Provide guidance and direct supervision of Admin Executive

· Analyze/Problem-solve issues raised by Admin Executive and propose recommended solutions
· Assist with management and maintenance of the facilities and IT systems within the organization

· Establish adequate systems for general office administration
