Finance Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a full set of accounts and oversee the month-end closing process across multiple entities

  • Prepare accurate financial and management reports, including group consolidation

  • Analyse project costs, budgets, and profitability to support decision-making

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

  • Oversee project accounting, including revenue recognition in line with applicable standards

  • Monitor cash flow, banking facilities, and funding requirements

  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

  • Supervise and guide finance team members across different entities

  • Ensure proper financial management and reporting for multiple companies within the Group

  • Report directly to the Financial Controller

Requirements

  • Qualification in accountancy or finance; professional certification (e.g., CA, ACCA) preferred

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with strong exposure to project accounting in the construction industry

  • Proven ability in financial analysis, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (experience with Globe3 ERP is an advantage)
