💼 Key Responsibilities
• Process and record Accounts Payable invoices accurately and timely
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations
• Support monthly AP closing activities
• Handle vendor onboarding and bank account maintenance
• Manage finance-related queries and documentation
• Support audit exercises and year-end activities
• Maintain vendor records and financial data in accounting systems
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements
