Service
- Deliver excellent guest service by ensuring expectations are consistently met or exceeded
- Lead the team by demonstrating professionalism and hospitality excellence
- Resolve service issues effectively to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen to maintain food quality and efficient service operations
- Represent and uphold the company’s values and service standards
Management
- Supervise staff to maintain high service and operational standards
- Conduct training and development programmes to improve staff performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain staff discipline and promote a positive work culture
- Manage manpower scheduling and staff attendance
- Monitor inventory control including receiving, storage, and stock management
- Handle outlet administrative work and submit reports to headquarters
Sales & Finance
- Manage the outlet’s financial performance and profitability
- Increase revenue through strong guest experience and operational efficiency
- Monitor cost control and operational expenses
- Ensure accurate handling of cash, vouchers, and daily sales reconciliation
