  • Supervise restaurant operations to maintain service and operational excellence

  • Oversee inventory control and administrative responsibilities

Sales & Finance

  • Manage the outlet’s sales performance and profitability
  • Implement cost control measures and monitor operational expenses
  • Ensure proper cash handling, sales reporting, and financial documentation
