Job Summary

Serve customers efficiently and courteously as a waiter/waitress at a restaurant in Forum shopping mall, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers promptly to provide a welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers to ensure correct service
• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff to facilitate timely preparation
• Serve food and drinks to customers while maintaining quality and presentation standards
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests to enhance satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas to meet hygiene standards
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications
