Food and beverage Shop manager

Lead daily operations efficiently and assist the shop Manager on all aspects of operations.

· Provide high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all the guests

· Assist shop Manager in roster planning

· Provide training and coaching to staff on customer service and product knowledge.

· Recommend and up-sell menu items as well as advise guests on any ongoing promotions to achieve revenue targets

· Enhance customer service quality

· Handle guest complaints with care and provide service recovery options

· Good Public Relations

· Positive Role model

· Strategize manpower planning to support operational needs within budget

· Implement plans to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize wastage

· Always ensure cleanliness of shop

Job Requirements:

· Prior experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality

· Good management & leadership skills

· Knowledge in using F&B Operating System (POS)

· Inventory and budgeting skills

· Proactive and enjoy interactions with customers

· Attention to detail and able to work well in a team

· Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays and overtime
