Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee the entire operation

· Deliver superior customer services and ensure customersatisfaction

· Plan and develop customer loyalty programs

· Plan new and update existing company policy

· Develop the overall marketing strategy

· Respond efficiently to customer questions andcomplaints

· Organize and supervise shifts

· Manage and lead staff (including hiring newemployees)

· Training and evaluate staff performance

· Forecast requirements and maintain inventory

· Manage supplies (including costs control andminimizing wastage)

· Nurture a positive working environment for allemployees
