Food & Beverage Supervisor

Supervise Food & Beverage dinner service within the restaurant and bar, ensuring service standards are followed for a friendly, genuine, and engaging experience. Assist the Restaurant Manager in purchasing, stock control, and management. Ensure standard operating procedures are updated and followed. Build and develop a high-performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational, and empowering approach.

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations
  • Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service, particularly across dinner service
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  • A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experience
  • Availability across a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
